Влияние легирования атомами кислорода пористых углеродных наноструктур на значения модуля Юнга
Проведено исследование механической прочностипористых углеродных структур плотностью 1.4г/см3 сразличными размерами пор и концентрациями атомов кислорода. Исследование механических свойств пористых углеродных наноструктур проводилось на трех моделях с размерами нанопор 0.4–0.8 нм, 0.2–1.12 нм, 0.7–1.3 нм. Установлен характер изменения модуля Юнга пористых наноструктур в зависимости от концентрации и расположения атомов кислорода в нанопорах.
